The cheapest plan I can find here in New York (through Freelancers’ Union) is $196 per month and has a $10,000 deductible.
Anthem BCBS of Ohio wanted to transfer me to Empire BCBS in NY. They quoted me $1,229 per month for a plan that wasn’t even as good as the plan I had in Ohio.
